肝癌及癌间质MMP-9表达及其与血管生成拟态的关系 被引量:3

The expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 in hepatocellular carcinoma and cancer stroma and its relationship with vasculogenic mimicry

摘要 目的:探讨原发性肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)中癌细胞与间质中基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)的表达及其与血管生成拟态(vasculogenic mimicry,VM)的关系。方法:收集原发性肝细胞癌手术切除后留取的癌组织,通过免疫组织化学检测肝癌细胞及间质细胞MMP-9的表达情况,分析其表达与VM的关系。结果:VM表达阳性组中癌细胞和间质细胞的MMP-9阳性表达率分别明显高于VM阴性组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.234,P=0.039;χ2=4.167,P=0.041)。结论:MMP-9可能参与并促进VM的形成。 Objective: To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase- 9( MMP- 9) in hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC) and cancer stroma and its relationship with vasculogenic mimicry( VM). Methods: The removed HCC tissue after operation was collected,with the expression of matrix metalloproteinase- 9 in hepatocellular carcinoma and cancer stroma detected by immunohistochemistry and its relationship with VM analyzed as well. Results: The positive rates of the MMP- 9 expression of HCC and cancer stroma in the VM- positive group were significantly higher than those in the VM- negative group,respectively( χ2= 4. 234,P = 0. 039; χ=4. 167,P = 0. 041). Conclusion: The MMP- 9 may be involved in and promote the formation of VM.
