银杏叶提取物对老年轻度认知障碍患者的疗效及对血超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素6的影响 被引量:4

The effect of Ginkgo biloba leaves injection on elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment and influence on plasma hs-CRP and IL-6

摘要 目的研究注射用银杏叶对老年轻度认知障碍(MCI)患者的疗效及可能机制。方法选取对照组及治疗组各100例MCI患者,对照组给予半量极化液250 m L,治疗组在此基础上加用给予银杏叶注射液20 m L(含16.8mg总黄酮醇苷及2.8mg银杏内酯)/d,14 d为一疗程。使用简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)及蒙特利尔量表(Moca)评估疗效;采用ELISA法检测血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)。结果治疗组治疗前后及两组治疗后Mo CA量表评分比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)治疗前后及两组治疗后比较也差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论银杏叶注射液能延缓老年MCI的发展,这可能与降低的血浆hs-CRP及IL-6的水平有关。 Objective To investigate Ginkgo biloba leaves injections influence on elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI) and its relationships with plasmahs-CRP、IL-6.Method Twohundreds MCI patients were randomly divided into Ginkgo biloba leaves injection group and control group.20 m L Ginkgo biloba leaves injection(include 16.8mg total flavonoid glycosides and 2.8mg Ginkgolide) with 250 ml normal saline or 5% dextrose injection was intravenous dripped into every case of the Ginkgo biloba leaves injection group in 60-90minutes,1 time a day,14 days as a course.Other treatments of the Ginkgo biloba leaves injection group were conformed to the control group.Results The score of Mo CA increased significantly in Ginkgo biloba leaves injection group after the course(P 0.05).The levels of plasma IL-6 andhs-CRP were significantly decreased after Ginkgo biloba leaves injection intervention(both P 0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo biloba leaves injection can delay the evolution of MCI,which may be related with plasmahs-CRP and IL-6 reduction.
