摘要
目的探讨常规超声联合超声弹性成像诊断乳腺结节的应用价值。方法 97例女性患者(共121个乳腺结节)行常规超声和超声弹性成像检查。常规超声采用乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)分级,弹性成像采用5分评分法评判结节良、恶性。其结果与病理诊断作对照。结果病理诊断良性结节75个、恶性结节46个。与此比较,两者联用诊断乳腺结节的准确率为90.08%,高于单用常规超声的86.78%或单用超声弹性成像的85.95%(P<0.05)。结论超声弹性成像可作为常规超声的有益补充,两者联合应用能有效提高乳腺结节诊断的准确性。
Objective To evaluate the significance of conventional ultrasound combined with sonoelastography in the diagnosis of breast nodules.Methods A total of 121 lesions in 71 female patients with breast nodules was examined by conventional ultrasound and sonoelastography.Benign and malignant nodules were diagnosed by BI-RADS classification of conventional ultrasound and5-point scoring of sonoelastography,respectively.The results were compared with pathological diagnosis.Results Of 121 breast nodules,75 nodules were diagnosed pathologically as benign and 46 nodules as malignant.Compared to pathological results,the accuracy rate was 90.08% for the diagnosis of breast nodules by combined use of conventional ultrasound and sonoelastography,which was significantly higher than 86.78% by conventional ultrasound or 85.95% by sonoelastography alone(P〈0.05).Conclusion Sonoelastography can be as a useful supplement to conventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast nodules.Combined use of both can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
