摘要
胆囊癌累及胆囊动脉形成假性动脉瘤引发胆道出血临床上非常罕见.本文报道1例胆囊癌累及胆囊动脉形成假性动脉瘤引发胆道出血的诊治过程分析及相关文献复习,旨在提高对胆囊动脉假性动脉瘤破裂出血的认识,为动脉性消化系出血救治水平积累经验.
Hemorrhage due to the rupture of gallbladder artery pseudoaneurysm caused by gallbladder carcinoma is an extremely rare clinical entity. In this article, we present such a case and performed a literature review, with an aim to improve the understanding of its diagnosis and treatment and raise the awareness among clinicians.
