摘要
目的:观察100 Hz电针刺激对脑组织和脾脏乙酰胆碱酯酶活性影响,初步探讨电针的免疫功能调节作用机制。方法:将昆明小鼠24只随机分成对照组、插针不电组和电针组。给予小鼠电针4天后处死,分别检测小鼠血清、延髓、下丘脑和脾脏中乙酰胆碱酯酶(ACh E)活性。结果:与对照组比较,100 Hz电针刺激可显著降低小鼠血清、延髓、下丘脑和脾脏中乙酰胆碱酯酶(ACh E)活性(P<0.05)。结论:胆碱能抗炎通路可能参与了100 Hz电针调节免疫功能的作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of 100 Hz electroacupuncture on the activities of AChE in brain tissue and spleen and to investigate the immunoregulation effect and mechanism of electroacupuncture treatment.Methods:24 male KM mice were randomly divided into normal control group,non-electro acupuncture group,and electro-acupuncture group with 8 in each group.On the fourth day of electroacupuncture,the mice were sacrificed and the specimen of serum,me-dulla,hypothalamus and spleen were harvested to evaluate the activities of AChE.Result:Compared with the normal group,the activity of AChE in serum,medulla,hypothalamus and spleen in electroacupuncture group decreased obvious-ly (P〈0.05).Conclusion:100 Hz electroacupuncture may regulate immune function via cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway.
