摘要
为了促进上海渔业产业结构优化升级,运用协整检验、格兰杰因果检验计量方法,利用1995—2011年上海金融和渔业产业数据为基础,研究上海金融发展与渔业产业结构之间的联系。结果表明:金融发展与渔业产业结构之间不存在长期稳定关系,也互不为对方的因果原因,金融发展对上海渔业发展没有明显影响。最后借鉴日本和台湾在渔业产业结构优化方面的经验,提出建立有效的渔业金融机构和渔业融资担保制度,深化金融改革等对策建议。
In order to promote the optimization and upgrade of fishery industry structure of Shanghai, thisarticle applied co-integration test and Granger causality test in research and used financial and fishery data ofShanghai from 1995 to 2011 to study the relation between Shanghai＇s financial development and fisheryindustry structure. The results showed that there was no long-term relationship between financial developmentand fishery industry structure, and they were not the causal reasons of each other. Finance development did nothave significant effect on Shanghai＇s fishery industry structure. Taking the experiences of fishery industry inJapan and Taiwan as reference, the study put forward suggestions like establishing effective fishery institutionsand financial guarantee system, and deepening financial reform for the optimization of Shanghai fisheriesindustry structure.
