摘要
目的:分析GC护牙素与氟保护漆在预防牙齿正畸固定后脱矿的效果。方法:选取40例患者,共758颗牙齿作为研究,按照治疗方案不同分为观察组和对照组。观察组20例共382颗牙齿,矫治过程中均在牙齿上涂布GC护牙素;对照组20例共376颗牙齿,矫治过程中均在牙齿上涂布氟保护漆。对两组患者牙齿正畸固定后的脱矿指数以及激光龋齿诊断仪(DD)检测结果进行比较分析。结果:两组患者牙齿正畸固定6个月后、12个月后的脱矿指数以及DD检测值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组矫治后的脱矿程度和对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GC护牙素和氟保护漆对预防牙齿正畸固定后脱矿均有较好效果。
Objective To study the effect of GC Tooth Mousse and Fluor Protector in the prevention of tooth fixed orthodontic mine off. Methods Select 40 patients,a total of 758 teeth,according to patient treatment program is divided into observation group and con-trol group.A total of 20 patients in the observation group 382 teeth,the process of correcting the teeth are coated with GC Tooth Mousse;control group of 20 patients with a total of 376 teeth were in the process of correcting the teeth protective lacquer coating fluo-rine.Demineralization index and fixed orthodontic teeth after two groups of patients,as well as laser caries diagnostic （DD）were as-sessed detection analysis.Results There were fixed orthodontic tooth after six months,compared to 12 months no demineralization de-tection value index and DD significant difference between two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0. 05 ）,the observation group after treatment the degree of demineralization and control group compared to no significant difference. Comparing the two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0. 05 ）.Conclusion GC Tooth Mousse and Fluor Protector after fixed orthodontic dental prophylaxis off the mine have achieved good results,and the operation is relatively simple,the effect was significant,should be widely applied.
