摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在全身用药受限带状疱疹患者门诊治疗中的应用效果。方法将60例全身用药受限的带状疱疹门诊患者随机分为对照组和实验组各30例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用个性化的舒适护理。比较两组患者疱疹愈合时间、疼痛消失时间、患者的舒适度和满意度。结果观察组患者在止痛时间、疱疹愈合时间、舒适度、满意度明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论舒适护理在全身用药受限带状疱疹护理中的应用可以增强患者治疗效果，缩短病程，提高生活质量，减少后遗神经痛，提高患者的舒适度及满意度。
Objective To explore the application of comfortable nursing in the systemic administration restricted herpes zoster out-patients.Methods 60 patients with systemic administratjion restricted herpes zoster outpatients were randomly divided into control and ex-perimental groups with 30 cases each group.Patients in control group were treated with conventional care, in observation group were treated with personalized comfortable nursing.Herpes healing time, pain disappeared time, the patient comfort and satisfaction were com-pared.Results Pain of time, herpes healing time, comfort, satisfaction of observation group were better than those of control group, there were significant differences （P〈0.01） .Conclusions Comfortable nursing in administration restricted herpes zoster outpatients could en-hance therapeutic efficacy, shorten the course of the disease, improve the quality of life, reduce the legacy after neuralgia, improve patient comfort and satisfaction.
