摘要
针对碳纤维复合材料特点,提出钻扩铰一体加工的方案,通过增加切削刃长度,降低切削力,保证刃口锋利性来减少碳纤维复合材料的加工缺陷.选用均为Ti Al Cr N/Ti Si N涂层的硬质合金麻花钻与钻扩铰复合刀具进行碳纤维复合材料孔加工对比试验.结果表明:在相同的切削条件下,钻扩铰复合刀具的钻削轴向力比硬质合金麻花钻降低了40%-50%,刀具耐用度提高了5-6倍,有利于提高钻孔表面质量,适合碳纤维复合材料的钻削加工.
According to the characteristics of CFRP,the scheme for drilling,expanding and reaming integrated is put forward in this paper. The length of cutting edge in the new drill was increased to reduce the cutting force,the sharpness of the cutting edge was ensured and the drilling disfigurements was diminished. A cemented carbide twist drill and the tools for one- shot drilling both coated with Ti Al Cr N / Ti Si N were selected to drill on CFRP for a contrast test. The results show that under the same cutting conditions,the thrust force of the tools for one- shot drilling is smaller than that of cemented carbide twist drill by reduced 40% - 50%,and the tool life is extended by 5 - 6 times of cemented carbide twist drill. The tools for one- shot drilling can improve the drilling surface quality,it is more suitable for drilling CFRP.
