摘要
目的：探讨心脏涤纶补片作为下睑植入物治疗下睑退缩的临床效果。方法：20例（24眼）下睑退缩的患者,术前测量在第一眼位下睑相对角膜下缘的位置及距下眶缘的位置。手术采用下睑眼袋皮肤切口,将修剪的心脏涤纶补片植入物置于下睑板下缘与下睑缩肌之间。术后观察下睑缘位置的变化及植入物是否移位及脱出。结果：对20例（24眼）心脏涤纶补片下睑植入者随诊6~24月,无植入物移位及脱出,24眼中,有22眼在第一眼位下睑位于角膜缘或角膜下缘上0.5mm,2眼仍然≥1mm的下睑退缩。结论：心脏涤纶补片作为植入物可提供下睑支架矫正下睑退缩,可作为治疗下睑退缩理想的植入材料之一,为治疗下睑退缩提供了一个新途径。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of heart Dacron eyelid retraction as eyelid implant treatment. Methods 20 cases（24 eyes） with lower eyelid retraction,Preoperative measurements in primary position of the lower edge of the lower eyelid position relative to the cornea and the position of the orbital rim.Skin incision surgery using lower eyelid blepharoplasty,The pruning of heart Dacron graft implant is placed between the lower edge of the lower eyelid tarsal muscle contraction.Postoperative observation the lower eyelid position＇s change and the implant is displaced or prolapsed. Results 20 cases（24 eyes） of heart Dacron eyelid implant followed up for 6 to 24 months,no implant displacement and prolapse,Between 24 eyes,there were 22 in the primary position of the lower eyelid was located on the limbus but over 0.5mm,2 was still greater than or equal to the second line of 1mm flinch. Conclusion Dacron as heart implants can supply eyelid bracket redress eyelid retraction,as one of the ideal treatment of lower eyelid retraction implant materials.
