摘要
目的 探讨延续护理模式对急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者自我护理能力和生存质量的影响.方法 将84例AMI患者随机分为观察组及对照组各42例.对照组给予常规性护理,观察组采用延续护理模式进行护理,对比分析两组患者干预前后疾病知识、自护能力及生活质量的变化.结果 观察组干预后自护能力总分为（112.85±12.48）分,高于对照组的（98.63±10.02）分,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组干预后心绞痛稳定性、躯体受限程度、心绞痛发作程度、疾病认知程度、治疗满意度分别为（65.36±5.46）分、（73.98±4.58）分、（68.47±3.45）分、（72.58±5.89）分、（73.92±6.21）分,对照组分别为（60.12±4.36）分、（68.02±3.98）分、（61.28±5.12）分、（67.89±4.36）分、（65.38±5.23）分,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组干预后心绞痛稳定性、躯体受限程度、心绞痛发作程度、疾病认知程度、治疗满意度等评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 延续护理模式能有效提高急性心肌梗死患者疾病知识及自我护理能力,改善患者生活质量.
Objective To investigate the effect of self-care and quality of life of extended care model to patients with cute myocardial infarction （AMI）. Methods 84 cases of AMI patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was received with routine care and observation group was received with a continuation of nursing care model. The disease knowledge, self-care ability and life changes of two groups were comparatived. Results The self-care ability score of observation group（ 112.85±12.48 ）points were higher than that （98.63±10.02）（P〈0.05）. The scores of ngina stability, physical limited extent, the degree of angina attacks, cognitive disease process, treatment satisfaction of observation group（65.36±5.46）, （73.98±4.58）, （68.47±3.45）, （72.58±5.89）, （73.92±6.21） were higher than control group （60.12±4.36）, （68.02±3.98）, （61.28±5.12）, （67.89±4.36）, （65.38±5.23）（P〈0.05）. The intervention angina stability, the degree of physical limitation, angina attack extent, disease awareness, treatment satisfaction score of observation group were higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The model can effectively improve the continuity of care of acute myocardial infarction in patients with disease knowledge and self-care ability, improve the quality of life of patients.
