摘要
采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等方法研究了高温处理对电渣重熔工艺制得W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢中共晶碳化物的影响。研究结果表明,在1150℃进行2h高温处理,组织中大块层片状一次碳化物分解转变为离异棒状、粒状,碳化物中位径由未处理时的9.98μm减小至3.80μm,M2C碳化物全部转化为MC与M6C碳化物,且以M6C居多,另含有少量MC碳化物。
Effect of high-temperature processing on the eutectic carbide of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel conducted by remelting process was investigated with OM,SEM,XRD and so on.The results showed that lamellar-sized carbides were decomposed into size of rod and granular after high-temperature processing at 1 150 ℃ for two hours,the median diameter of carbides reduced from9. 98 μm to 3. 80 μm. Besides,M2C carbides decomposed to MC,M6C carbides completely,and most carbide were in the form of M6C carbides,the remaining were MC carbides.
