摘要 目的探讨TGF-β1和IL-10在胚胎停止发育绒毛组织中的表达。方法采集正常早孕患者及胚胎停止发育患者外周血及清宫后绒毛组织,将其分为正常早孕组与胚胎停止发育组。以ELISA法检测血清中TGF-β1、IL-10含量,免疫荧光方法检测TGF-β1、IL-10蛋白表达水平。结果胚胎停止发育组血清TGF-β1、IL-10含量明显低于正常早孕组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),免疫荧光方法观察到胚胎停止发育组TGF-β1、IL-10的表达明显低于正常组。结论 TGF-β1和IL-10在胚胎停止发育患者绒毛组织中的表达降低。 Objective To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor- β1( TGF- β1) and interleukin- 10( IL- 10) in the villous tissue in embryonic arrest. Methods Collecting blood( serum separation) and villous tissue from uterus excision of normal early pregnancy and embryonic arrest in the out- patient department of gynecology and obstetrics. Samples divided into the normal early pregnancy group and embryonic arrest group. TGF- β1and IL- 10 levels in the serum were detected by Enzyme Linked Immunoabsorbent Assay( ELISA) and the expression of TGF- 1 and IL- 10 in villous tissue were observed by fluorescence immunoassay method. Results The contents of serum TGF- β1 and IL- 10 in embryonic arrest group were significantly lower than that of in normal pregnancy group( P〈 0. 05),The expression of TGF- β1 and IL- 10 in villous tissue in embryonic arrest group were obviously lower than that of in normal pregnancy group observed by fluorescence immunoassay. Conclusion There is a lower expression of TGF- β1 and IL- 10 in patients with embryonic arrest.
