混合硫酸盐还原菌处理煤矿酸性废水的固定载体研究 被引量:5

Study on Combination of Fixed Carriers for Mixed Sulfate-reducing Bacteria in Treating Acid Mine Drainage

摘要 针对硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)处理多组分煤矿酸性废水(AMD)易受低pH值和高浓度重金属离子抑制、需要添加多种营养盐的问题,采用零价铁与麦饭石作为混合SRB的固定载体,构建上述两种材料分层组装的1^#动态柱和混合均匀组装的2^#动态柱(两种材料的体积比均为1:2),进行了连续变负荷对比试验研究。试验结果表明:1^#、2^#动态柱均有较强的pH值调节能力和Fe^2+去除能力,两种材料的不同组装方式对其他污染物的去除存在较大差异;1^#动态柱对SO4^2-的还原速率为468.4mg/(L·d),相应的COD消耗速率为416.4mg/(L·d),实际消耗△COD/△SO4^2-值为0.56~0.89,适合于以高浓度硫酸盐及低有机物含量为特征的AMD处理;2^#动态柱适合于以Mn^2+、NH3-N为特征污染物的AMD处理,对Mn^2+、NH3-N的最大去除速率分别为20.3、11.3mg/(L·d)。 To address the problems of inhibition of low pH and high concentration of heavy metal ions and needing many nutritive salts in treating acid mine drainage (AMD) by sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB), zero-valent iron and maifan stone were acted as fixed carriers with different combinations for SRB. The 1^# column with stratified assembly and 2^# column with uniform mixing assembly (both the volume ratio of 1 : 2) were built to conduct a comparative test with continuous variable load. The results showed that both the two columns had strong capabilities to adjust pH and remove Fe^2+ , while the removal effects of other contaminants were influenced by different combinations of zero-valent iron and maifan stone. The SO4^2- could be removed at the rate of 468.4 mg/( L·d) corresponding to COD removal rate of 416.4 mg/( L ·d) with practical △COD/△SO4^- of 0.56 to 0.89 in 1^# column, which was suitable for treating AMD containing high concentration of sulfate and low organic matter. The removal rates of Mn^2+ and NH3 - N were 20.3 mg/( L · d) and 11.3 mg/( L · d) respectively in 2^# column which was suitable for treating AMD containing Mn^2+ and NH3 -N.
