摘要 谷氨酰胺是一种“条件必需氨基酸”，本文详细论述了谷氨酰胺的结构性质、生理功能及其在畜禽生产上的应用。 Glutamine is a ＂conditionally essential amino acid＂, this paper discusses in detail the structure properties and physiological function of glutamine and its application in animal pro- duction.
