摘要
对因板式热交换器的垫片、板片、夹紧尺寸、压紧板强度、夹紧螺柱分布、压力试验方法等方面可能存在的问题会导致板式热交换器压力试验密封失效的情况进行了分析,提出了解决相关密封失效问题的方法。
The cause of sealing failure mainly from the plate heat exchangers plates,clamping dimensions,press plate strength,clamping bolt distribution,and pressure test were analyzed.The methods to resolve problems relevant to seal failure were put forward in the plate heat exchangers.
