摘要
民族地区文化旅游保护性开发是一种重要的旅游开发思路,目的在于实现民族地区文化保护传承与旅游开发之间的平衡。提出民族地区文化旅游必须进行保护性开发,并遵循文化保护与传承、利益均衡及社区参与三个原则。在此基础上,构建了民族地区文化旅游保护性开发体系,并对涉及旅游开发主体、客体及介体的保护性开发体系内容进行论述分析。
Protective development for ethnic culture tourism is an important strategy, which aims to keep the balance between cultural continuity and tourism development for the ethnic areas. This paper argues protective tourism devel- opment is essential for the ethnic areas, and that is executed on the three principles： cultural protection and continuity, balanced interest and community participation. Finally, it constructs the system of protective development for eth- nic culture tourism and analyzes the related three elements including the subject, the object and the media.
