摘要
由茶文化、民族文化、生态文化、边地文化浸润的普洱饮食文化,在意识、物质、技艺层面表现出鲜明的独特性和多样性。但是,普洱饮食文化多样性面临着消融同化,以及缺乏明确的传承载体、可持续发展的产业支撑体系和创新交流环境等问题。应基于文化多样性传承与创新的视角,从文化的生命力、影响力、共享性等方面,实现普洱饮食文化多样性的保护传承。
Food culture of Pu'er is characterized by distinctive uniqueness and diversity in its spirit,material and technique under the influence of tea culture,national culture,ecological culture and frontier culture.However,the diversity of Pu'er food culture is faced with such issues as gradual assimilation,lack of specific inheritance carrier,urgent need of building a sustainable support system of dietetic industry,and an absence of innovation and communication environment. The article aims to give some suggestions on the inheritance and innovation of Pu'er food culture from perspectives of cultural vitality,cultural influence and cultural sharing.
