摘要
目的总结分析血液标本临床生化检验分析前的影响因素对检验结果的影响。方法选择2013年6月至2013年11月我院临床检验科对50例进行生化检验的血标本为研究对象,分析检验前不同影响因素对生化检验结果的影响。结果输液、溶血以及放置时间会直接影响临床生化检验结果的准确性,会直接关系到临床诊断治疗。结论采血部位、溶血标本以及标本放置时间均会影响临床生化检验项目的检验结果。
Objective To summarize the clinical and biochemical analysis of blood specimen inspection before analyzing the influence factors of the impact on the test results. Methods Choose June 2013 to November 2013 during the hospital clinical laboratory specimens of 50 cases of blood biochemical inspection as the research object, analysis, inspection before the influence of different influence factors on the biochemical test results. Results Intravenous infusion, hemolysis and placing time will directly affect the accuracy of the clinical and biochemical test results, will be directly related to the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion Blood parts, hemolysis and specimens were placed time will affect the project inspection results of clinical and biochemical examination.
