摘要 随着厚煤层综采技术与装备水平不断提高,大采高一次采全厚综采技术将成为厚煤层安全高效开采的重要途径。以神东矿区7m左右厚度煤层为研究背景,神东煤炭集团通过产学研联合攻关,成功研制了7m大采高综采液压支架、采煤机和三机等一系列配套设备;在7m大采高开采的过程中,不断创新总结并形成了7m大采高综采工作面开采成套关键技术,安全高效回采17个大采高工作面,生产原煤1.5亿t,提高了7m厚煤层的开采效率和回收率。 With the unceasing enhancement of fully mechanized coal mining technology and equipment level for thick coal seam mining, fully mechanized full- seam mining technology is becoming a significant approach for safe and high efficiency mining. Aiming at the engineering background of Shendong mining area,through cooperated study of industry-university- institute,a series of corollary equipment was developed for 7m high cutting fully mechanized working face,including hydraulic support,shearer,scraper,crusher and loader. And during the production practice,a complete set of key technologies was obtained for 7m high cutting fully mechanized working face,through constant summarization and innovation,with which 17 working faces and 150 million tons of raw coal was mined safely,and the mining efficiency and recovery rate were greatly improved for 7m thick seam.
