摘要
在固定床反应器中,以水蒸气为气化介质,探讨不同Ca O添加量和压力对松木屑气化结果的影响。结果表明Ca O具有CO2吸附和催化焦油裂解双重作用。在800℃、0.5 MPa下,添加一定量Ca O,CO2浓度降幅达到50%以上,H2浓度增加到59.35%,气体热值达到12.97 MJ/m3;在900℃,Ca/C(Ca O所含Ca与松木屑所含碳的物质的量之比)为1.0时焦油有最小值,为2.43 g/m3。此外,增加反应压力,H2和CO2的浓度出现缓慢增加趋势,CO浓度减少,CH4浓度无明显变化,同时气体中焦油含量出现降低趋势,该实验中最低值可达1.99 g/m3。
The object of this study was to investigate the effect of CaO additive and pressure on the pine sawdust gasification with steam in a fixed reactor. The study proved that CaO played a role of absorbent to CO2 absorption and catalyst to tar pyrolysis. Under the condition of 800 ℃ and 0.5 MPa, concentration of CO2 decreased by more than 50% while concentration of CO2 increased to 59.35% when adding some CaO into the sawdust. The LHV of syngas was high to 12.97 MJ/m^3 at the same time. Tar concentration had a minimum of 2.43 g/m^3 when temperature was 900 ℃ and ratio of Ca/C was 1.0. In addition, increasing the reaction pressure, the concentration of H2 and CO2 increased gradually whie CO concentration reduced, CH4 concentration had no obvious change. Meanwhile, the tar content in the gas appeared a trend of decrease and obtained the minimum value of 1.99 g/m^3.
