摘要
曲面玻璃幕墙已广泛应用于建筑工程中,本文以昆明西山万达广场实际工程为依托,对玻璃微翘曲成形的计算分析方法及施工方式进行探讨。本工程幕墙类型主要为明框单元式幕墙,利用平板玻璃本身具备一定弹性可弯曲的特点,运用有限元软件ANSYS11.0对玻璃微翘曲后应力、变形进行模拟分析。分析结果表明:玻璃微翘曲成形可以通过精细的设计及合理的施工工艺来实现;微翘曲成形的玻璃板块存在容许的初应力,在最大10.3mm的微翘曲变形后,玻璃仍能保持面板的有效性及安全性。
The curved glass curtain wall has been widely applied in construction. By taking Kunming West Wanda Plaza project as research object, the calculation method of glass slight warpage forming and construction methods are studied in this paper. Exposed frame curtain wall units are mainly adopted in this project. As the plate glass can be bent at elastic state, the stress and the deformation of the glass are simulated and analyzed by ANSYS 11.0. The result shows that: the slight warpage formed glass can be achieved by delicate designs and reasonable construction technologies; through the slight warpage forming process, the glass has allowable initial-stress; and when the maximum deformation of the slight warpage formed glass arrived 10.3 mm, it still can maintain the effectiveness and safety of the plate glass.
