摘要
从系统功能、硬件结构和软件设计3个方面,详细介绍了一种基于西门子S7-300PLC的调速系统。结合西门子MP277触摸屏,实现ACS800变频器的模拟量控制,并成功将系统应用在耐久性能试验设备上,运行效果良好。
In this paper,a kind of speed regulation system based on Siemens S7-300 PLC is introduced in detail from three aspects of the system functions,hardware structure and software design.Combined with the Siemens MP277 touch screen,the analog control of ACS800 frequency converter is realized.The system is applied successfully on durability test equipment,and the operation effect is very good.
