简述了WD615气缸体原铸造工艺砂芯结构存在的不足,在冲天炉熔炼铁液的生产条件下易产生气孔等铸造缺陷;对主体芯、水套芯、挺杆室芯的砂芯结构进行了优化设计,为气缸体类铸件的浇注系统、冒口系统的优化提供了良好的基础条件,以利于气缸体类铸铁件克服气孔、砂眼类铸造缺陷,提高铸件的生产效率.
The disadvantages of traditional casting process for sand core structure used to produce WD615 cylinder block were introduced briefly. Also the blowhole defects which easily appearing in the production condition of cupola melting iron were mentioned. The structure of main core, water jacket core and tappet chamber core were designed, which provided a good foundation for optimizing gating system and riser system of cylinder block castings. It is good for overcoming the casting defects, such as blowhole and sand inclusion. The production efficiency of castings can be improved.
