摘要
目的探讨盐酸西替利嗪分散片联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法选取2013年1月~2014年1月我院皮肤科的慢性荨麻疹患者100例,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组予盐酸西替利嗪分散片10 mg,1次/d,观察组同时肌注卡介菌多糖核酸注射液1 mg,1次/d,疗程均为4周。比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率及两组患者治疗前后临床症状积分的变化情况、复发率、不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗4周后的痊愈率达48.00%、显效率达26.00%、好转率达22.00%、总有效率达96.00%,对照组患者治疗4周后的痊愈率达40.00%、显效率达20.00%、好转率达18.00%、总有效率达78.00%,两组痊愈率、显效率好转率分别比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组患者治疗后的总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后观察组和对照组患者的瘙痒、风团直径、风团数量、风团水肿程度、发作持续时间及积分比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。观察组的复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（6.0%vs 18.0%,χ2=8.237,P〈0.05）。结论盐酸西替利嗪分散片联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效确切,可以明显改善患者的临床症状,降低复发率,值得推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Capsules combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid in treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods From January 2013 January 2014 in our hospital,100 cases of chronic urticaria were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group,the control group was given Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Capsules 5 mg,1 time/d,the observation group was treated with intramuscular injection BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid Injection 1 mg/d,1 time/d,for 4 weeks. The total efficiency,clinical symptoms scores before and after treatment,the changes of the recurrence rate were compared. Results The cure rate of observation group after 4 weeks of treatment was 48.00%,markedly effective rate was 26.00%,improvement rate was 22.00%,total effective rate was 96.00%,the cure rate of the control group was 40.00%,markedly effective rate was 20.00%, improvement rate was 18.00%,total effective rate was 78.00%,cure rate,markedly the rate of improvement rate had no significant difference between two groups（P 〉0.05）. After treatment,the total efficiency rate had statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. After the treatment, wheal diameter,number of wheal,wheal edema,seizure duration and integral itching,the observation group and the control had significant difference（P〈0.05 or P 0.01）. The recurrence rate of recurrence of observation group was significantly lower than the control group（6.0% vs 18.0%,χ2=8.237,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Capsules BCG-PSN exact curative effect on chronic urticaria can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the recurrence rate,worthy of promotion and application.
