摘要
医院护理人员流失问题是影响医院正常运营和管理的重要因素,护理人员的流失带来的是无形资产的流失和巨大的重置成本。造成护理人员流失的因素包括职业压力、心理压力、社会压力、编制因素,因而做好人力资源管理、避免人才流失是医院管理工作中的重要内容,应通过完善人事制度、规范管理、提高薪酬待遇留住人才、人性化管理减少压力、加强素质教育、树立正确的价值观等措施来避免护理人员的流失。
The loss of nursing staff in hospital is an important factor to influence the normal operation and management of the hospital,the nursing staff loss is caused to the loss of intangible assets and the huge replacement cost,the factors causing the loss of nursing staff include:occupation pressure, psychological pressure,social pressure,compiling factors,so do a good job in human resources management,avoid talent erosion is the important content of hospital management work.We should through the improvement of personnel system standard management,improve remuneration to retain talent,humanized management,reduce stress,strengthen quality education to establish the correct values and other measures to avoid loss of nursing staff.
