摘要
难溶性钾矿资源是弥补我国可溶性钾盐资源严重不足的重要途径。本文分析了某地富钾页岩的矿物化学成分,从热力学角度计算了碱法分解钾长石和酸法分解钾长石生产钾盐的可行性和能量变化。初步估算了这两种方法生产钾盐的主要原材料成本。
Insoluble potassium ore resource was an important way to make up for the serious shortage of soluble potash resources in China. The chemical composition of the mineral potassium shale was analyzed. By thermodynamics calculation, the feasibility and energy change in the processing of alkali and acid decomposition of potassium feldspar was discussed. The main raw material cost of these two ways in production of sylvite was preliminary estimated.
