摘要
科研项目管理系统是一个复杂的系统,从高校科研项目申请者的角度来分析科研项目管理。在科研项目立项后的项目管理过程中,以时间为主线,针对项目可能出现的工期拖延、经费超支情况,进行项目系统内的进度、人员、经费、工作质量四方面的分析,并构建系统动力学科研项目管理模型。
Management system of scientific projects is complicated,so this paper aims to analyze it from the perspective of the applicants. In the process of management after establishment of projects,analysis on the situation of duration delay and expenditure overrun is supposed to be made from the aspects of scheduled plan,staff,expenditure and quality of work according to the sequence of time and the management model of scientific projects based on System Dynamic will be constructed.
