废旧家电回收物流网络的功能需求分析 被引量:4

摘要 为提高物流管理绩效,促进回收处理行业健康发展,结合废旧家电回收处理流程,分析了废旧家电回收物流网络的产品收集、检测/分类、仓储、再处理、再分销、废弃处置等一般功能需求。根据利益相关者管理理论,结合政府部门、企业股东和消费者的利益诉求,探讨了该类物流网络的节约资源和保护环境、降低成本和提高效益、以及激励消费者交付行为等特殊功能需求。 To improve logistics management performance and promote recycling industry healthy development, based on waste household appliance recovery process, the paper analyzes the general functions of the waste returned logistics network, such as product collection, inspection/sorting, inventory, reprocess, redistribution and waste disposal. According to stakeholder management theory and the interest demands of government department, enterprise and consumer, this research surveys the special functions of the waste returned logistics network, such as resource conservation and environment protection, enterprise's cost reduction and effi ciency improvement, and consumer's delivery behavior encouragement.
