摘要
孤网是我国电网目前存在的一种特殊运行方式,它是孤立运行的最大单机容量大于电网总容量8%的电网,根据孤网由负荷控制转变为频率控制的特点着手确立应在频率稳定和电压稳定两方面分析其安全稳定控制的适应能力,通过在PSASP搭建发电机、负荷模型,计算孤网一次系统的短路计算、潮流计算能全面的了解孤网运行时线路及设备承受高电压、大电流的能力和潮流分布特点,最终提出安全稳定判据条件,有助于进一步优化孤网,减少其尚存的潜在风险。
As a special operation mode, the isolated network means the largest single capacity is more than 8 % of the total capacity of the isolated power grid. According to the frequency control feature in the isolated network, its adaptive capacity for security and stability control should be analyzed on the frequency and vol-tage stability. The generators and loads model is built with PSASP, then the short circuit calculation and flow calculation of isolated network are cal- culated to grasp the capacity of lines and equipment withstand high voltage and high current, and understand the power flow features during the isolated operation. The criterion of security and stability is proposed finally, which is helpful for further optimization of the isolated network and reducing the potential risk.
