摘要
介绍了一种高性能超声波电动机驱动电路。采用直接数字频率合成(DDS)生成信号源,经两路搭载变压器的功率放大电路,将升压到一定幅值的两相正弦电压,用于超声波电动机的驱动与控制。实验证明,该驱动器可以实现高精度的调频、调幅、调相,具有良好的控制性能。
A high-performance drive circuit of ultrasonic motor was introduced. The signal source was created by direct digital synthesizer( DDS),and two power amplifying circuits with transformers were used to boost the signal to a certain amplitude two-phase sine voltage to drive ultrasonic motor. The results show that the driver has high resolution frequency,voltage regulator and phase modulation,and has good control performance.
