摘要
旅游业的快速发展促使酒店业的服务质量成为整个管理热点话题,如何提升酒店的服务质量以满足顾客的实际需求成为广泛关注的问题。文中以我国旅游酒店业存在的问题为研究视角,介绍了一系列提升酒店业服务质量的策略。
The rapid development of the tourism industry has made the service quality of the hotel industry a heatedly debated topic in the entire field of management, and how to improve the service quality of hotels in order to meet customers＇ actual requirements has become an issue of wide concern. With the problems existing in China＇s tourism and hotel industry as the research perspective, this paper introduces a series of strategies to improve the service quality of the hotel industry.
