摘要
目的对比观察早期乳腺癌保乳术(breast conserving surgery for early breast cancer,BSBC)患者术后放疗对乳腺美容效果的影响,并通过调查分析患者的基本心理特征。方法选取9例我院接受BSBC后行放疗的患者作研究对象,一方面观察放疗对患者乳腺美容效果影响的情况;另一方面探讨放疗过程中的心理干预策略。结果专家对患者放疗前后的评分并无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论保乳术后放疗不降低乳腺美容的效果,心理干预策略可以提高患者的满意度。
Objective To observe the cosmetic result of radiotherapy and to analyze the basic mental characteristics for patients with early breast cancer. Methods 9 cases of patients with early breast cancer who accepted breast conserving surgery were selected. Results The cosmetic result of radiotherapy is good. Conclusion Radiotherapy after the breast conserving surgery and mental interventions were necessary.
