摘要
车刀的磨损与破损是数控车床常见的故障之一,而车刀的磨损与破损程度直接影响零件的加工质量。所以对车刀状态的实时监测就显得十分关键,论文阐述了从振动分析方面利用固有频率差值对其进行监测的方法。
Cutter attrition and breakage is one of the familiar faults of CNC lathe,and the degree of cutter attrition and breakage directly influences the quality of the production.So it is very important to real-time monitor the condition of cutter,and this article elaborates the method of vibration monitoring using natural frequency difference.
