制造工艺对稻壳-木质剩余物复合板2h吸水厚度膨胀率的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Manufacturing Processes on 2h Thickness Swelling of the Rice-Husk / Wood-Residues Composite Particleboard

摘要 采用均匀设计方法,以稻壳和木质剩余物为主要原料制备复合板,并进行2 h吸水厚度膨胀率的测试。对测试结果进行逐步回归分析,讨论密度、芯层比例、表层施胶量、芯层施胶量、固化剂用量、热压温度、热压压力和热压时间对复合板2 h吸水厚度膨胀率的影响。在实验研究范围内,除热压时间外,其他因素对复合板2 h吸水厚度膨胀率都有不同程度的影响。通过择优选择制备工艺,可在低成本的条件下,降低复合板的2 h吸水厚度膨胀率。 Based on the uniform design method,the paper used rice husk and wood residues as raw materials for the preparation of the composite particleboard,and tested the 2h thickness swelling of the composite particleboard. Through the regression analysis of experimental results,the effects of density,core layer ratio,surface layer resin consumption,core layer resin consumption,hardener dose,hot-pressing temperature,hot-pressing pressure and hot-pressing time on the 2h thickness swelling( 2h-TS) were discussed.The results showed that all had somewhat impacts on the 2h-TS except the hot-pressing time. On the premise of qualified 2h-TS,the best manufacturing process can be chosen to reduce the 2h-TS with lower cost.
