摘要
目的观察臭氧自血疗法联合阿德福韦酯对慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将乙肝患者118例随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组(58例)采用臭氧自血疗法联合阿德福韦酯治疗,对照1组(32例)采用单独使用阿德福韦酯治疗;对照2组(28例)单独使用臭氧自血疗法治疗,疗程均为18个月。分别于治疗6、12、18个月比较三组患者血清总胆红素与血清ALT变化以及联合应答情况。结果治疗6个月时,治疗组患者的血清ALT和总胆红素水平低于两组对照组,联合应答率高于对照1组(P均<0.05);治疗12个月时,治疗组患者的血清ALT和总胆红素的水平低于两对照组,联合应答率高于两组对照组(P均<0.05);治疗18个月时,治疗组患者的血清ALT和总胆红素的水平与两对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),联合应答率高于两组对照组(P<0.05)。结论臭氧自血疗法联合阿德福韦酯片治疗慢性乙型肝炎起效快,临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of combining ozone and adefovir dipivoxil for treatment of hepatitis B. Methods 118 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group（ 58 cases） was treated by the combining of ozone and adefovir dipivoxil. Control group was further divided into group 1（ 32 cases） and group 2（ 28 cases）. Patients in group 1 were given adefovir dipivoxil therapy for 18 months,while patients in group 2 were given ozone therapy for 18 months. The serum total bilirubin and changes in serum ALT and joint response of three groups of patients were respectively compared at 6,12 and 18 months of treatment. Results At6 and 12 months of treatment,the serum levels of total bilirubin and ALT were significantly lower,but the joint response rate was significantly higher in treatment group than control groups（ all P〈 0. 05）. At 18 months of treatment,no significant differences in the levels of total bilirubin and ALT were found between treatment group and control groups（ P〉0. 05）; but the joint response rate was still significantly higher in treatment group than control groups（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of ozone jointing adefovir therapy in the treatment of hepatitis B is more effective than using adefovir alone. It is worth the wide application in the clinical practice.
