摘要
首次对生长于蒙古的食用大型真菌——林地菇(Agaricus silvaticus)的化学成分进行了研究,从其95%乙醇提取物中共分离得到5个甾体、1个神经酰胺、2个芳香酸和1个糖醇类化合物.应用波谱学技术以及与已知化合物进行比对的手段,将它们分别鉴定为5α,6α-环氧-(22E,24R)-麦角甾-8(14),22-二烯-3β,7α-二醇(1)、麦角甾醇(2)、过氧麦角甾醇(3)、(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β,9α-四醇(4)、啤酒甾醇(5)、(2R,3S,4R,6E)-N-[(R)-2′-hydroxytetracosanoyl]-1,3,4-trihydroxy-2-aminooctadeca-6-ene(6)、苯甲酸(7)、肉桂酸(8)和D-甘露醇(9).
Chemical investigations on the aqueous EtOH extract of Agaricus silvaticus, an edible mushroom grown in Mongolia, afforded five steroids(1- 5), one ceramide(6), two aromatic acids(7 and 8), and one glycitol(9). Their structures were identified as 5α,6α-epoxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-8(14),22-diene-3β,7α-diol(1), ergosterol(2), ergosterol peroxide(3),(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β,9α-tetraol(4), cerevisterol(5),(2R,3S,4R,6E)-N-[(R)-2′-hydroxytetracosanoyl]-1,3,4-trihydroxy-2-amino-octadeca-6-ene(6), benzoic acid(7), cinnamic acid(8), and D-mannitol(9) on the basis of spectroscopic data analysis and chemical comparison with authentic samples.
