摘要
加拿大学龄儿童托管教育是一项儿童福利,也是公共教育体系的一部分,满足了儿童托管的需求,也解决了家长的燃眉之急。规范的法律保障、政府的积极参与、严格的人员配备以及多样化的活动设置保证了加拿大学龄儿童托管教育的发展。我国应该明确学龄儿童托管教育的定位、出台相应的法律法规、加强师资管理并丰富学龄儿童托管教育的活动设置,以此推动学龄儿童托管教育事业的发展。
Not only is school-age child care a welfare of children in Canada, but also it is a part of the public education system. Meanwhile, school-age child care meets the needs of child-caring. The development of school-age child care in Canada relies on the normative laws, intervention of the government, strict staffing and the variety of activities. For promoting the development of school-age child care in China, the position of the school-age child care should be cleared, the laws and regulations should be promulgated. At the same time, strengthening the management of teachers and setting the variety of activities are the important choices.
