摘要
基于液相色谱法分析效率高、灵敏度高、操作容易、应用广泛等特点,综述了液相色谱法检测卷烟烟气中部分成分[如醛酮类化合物、多环芳烃、酚类化合物、烟草特有亚硝胺化合物(TSNAs)]的研究进展,并比较分析了不同检测方法的优缺点,为深入研究卷烟烟气中的部分成分提供参考。
According to the characteristics of liquid chromatography（LC）such as high efficiency,high sensitivity,easy operation and wide application,the research progress of LC for determination of the part of components including aldehyes and ketones compound,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,phenols compound,and TSNAs in cigarette smoke were reviewed.The advantage and disadvantage of each method were compared and analyzed.It provided reference for professional research on part of components in cigarette smoke.
