摘要
目的观察火针刺络放血治疗下肢复发性丹毒的临床疗效。方法选择下肢丹毒患者60例,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组采用三棱针刺络放血及粗火针密刺放血治疗,对照组用普通三棱针在阳性血络放血,病变部位点刺放血。比较2组患者的临床疗效并记录疗后1年随访情况。结果治疗组总有效率(96.7%)高于对照组(82.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1年随访,治疗组复发率为0%(0/30);对照组复发率为6.90%(2/29),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论火针治疗丹毒的作用机理有以下两点:1)温通经络,行气解郁。2)开门去邪,以热引热。
Objective To observe effect of fire-needle bloodletting therapy for the treatment of recurrent erysipelas of lower limbs. Methods The 60 patients with lower limb erysipelas were randomized into treatment group（ 30 cases）and control group（ 30 cases）. Patients in the treatment group were prescribed with bloodletting therapy using threeedged needle combined with rough fire-needle,while patients in the control group only using three-edged needle in positive blood channels and the lesion site. Compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients and record 1 year follow-up after treatment. Results Total effective rate（ 96. 7%） of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（ 82. 8%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. One year after the treatment,recurrence rate of the treatment group was 0%（ 0 /30） lower than that of the control group（ 6. 90%）（ 2 /29）,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Fire-needle in the treatment of erysipelas mechanism has the following two points： 1） warm and dredging collaterals,moving qi and resolve depression. 2） removing evil,heat induce heat.
