摘要
目的探讨细胞色素P4501B1(CYP1B1)和环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及相关性。方法将123份乳腺组织随机分为浸润癌、原位癌、良性上皮增生性病变和癌旁正常组织。采用免疫组织化学法检测各组织CYP1B1和COX-2的表达,并进行比较,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 CYP1B1和COX-2在乳腺浸润癌、原位癌及良性上皮增生性病变组织中有高表达,癌旁正常乳腺组织中仅少量表达。乳腺浸润癌、原位癌及良性上皮增生性病变组织中CYP1B1和COX-2的表达率无统计学差异(P均>0.05),但其CYP1B1和COX-2表达均明显高于癌旁正常组织(P均<0.05),乳腺良性上皮增生性病变的染色强度低于浸润癌及原位癌(P均<0.05)。CYP1B1表达与孕激素受体、雌激素受体相关(P均<0.05);乳腺癌CYP1B1和COX-2表达呈正相关(r=0.277,P=0.041)。结论 COX-2可能促进CYP1B1表达,共同参与乳腺癌的发生、发展。
Objective To investigate the expression of cytochrome P4501B1( CYP1B1) and cyclooxygenase-2( COX-2) in the breast cancer tissues and its correlation.Methods A total of 123 cases of breast cancer tissues were divided into invasive breast cancer tissues,ductal carcinoma in situ( DCIS),benign epithelial proliferative lesions and adjacent normal tissues.Immunohistochemical method was applied to detect the expression of COX-2 and CYP1B1 protein.The relationship between the expression of CYP1B1 and COX-2,and with clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results High expression of CYP1B1 and COX-2 was found in the invasive breast cancer,DCIS and benign epithelial proliferative lesions,and low expression in the adjacent normal tissues.The CYP1B1 and COX-2 expression rates in the invasive breast cancer,DCIS and benign epithelial proliferative lesions were not significant different( all P〈 0.05),but were higher than that of the adjacent normal tissues( all P〈 0.05).The positive staining intensity of CYP1B1 and COX-2 in benign epithelial proliferative lesions was significantly decreased as compared with that of the invasive breast cancer and DCIS( all P〈 0.05).The expression of CYP1B1 was correlated with estrogen receptor( ER) and progesterone receptor( PR)( all P〈 0.05).The expression of CYP1B1 was positively correlated with of the COX-2 expression( r = 0.277,P = 0.041).Conclusion COX-2 enhances the expression of CYP1B1 and both of them take part in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.
