摘要
在连续刚构桥悬臂施工中,由于受环境及施工技术因素的影响,导致合龙前两个悬臂端不可避免地出现或大或小的相对高差,必要时需要采取强制措施进行合龙.从三跨连续刚构桥的施工过程出发,在小变形假定的基础上,根据力学原理推导出等截面和变截面主梁中跨竖向强制合龙时施加于偏高侧悬臂端附加压重的计算式.通过对这两种三跨连续刚构悬臂施工的算例分析,附加压重大小的理论计算结果和有限元数值解吻合较好,验证了公式推导的正确性和数值模型的合理性.该计算式的建立,为连续刚构桥施工时附加压重的确定提供了理论依据.
Because of the influence of environment and construction technology,closure errors inevitably appear in the cantilever end for the cantilever construction of continuous rigid frame bridge.It is necessary to take forced measures to closure the bridge.Based on the small deformation assumption,calculation formula of additional weight which applied to high cantilever end is derived when mid-span is forced closure for uniform cross-section and variable cross-section by mechanics principle.The calculation result of additional weight is agreed well with the simulation result by two types of cantilever construction analyzed for three-span continuous rigid frame bridge,which validates the correctness of formulas and reasonability of numerical model.The establishment of the formula provides a theoretical basis for attached weight determination in the construction of the continuous rigid frame bridge.
