摘要
目的探讨微波联合药物治疗宫颈糜烂的效果。方法将我院自2011年5月-2014年3月间诊治的172例宫颈糜烂患者分为观察组及对照组,每组86例,其中对照组行单纯药物治疗,观察组在药物治疗的基础上联合微波治疗,连续治疗2个月后,比较两组患者的治疗效果及结痂、脱痂、愈合时间。结果治疗2个月后,观察组临床治疗总有效率为98.8%,对照组总有效率为87.2%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者结痂、脱痂、愈合时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论微波联合药物治疗宫颈糜烂临床效果显著,可明显缩短治疗时间,提高临床治疗有效率,有利于促进患者康复。
Objective To study the effect of microwave combined drug in treatment of cervical erosion. Methods A total of 172 patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into observation group and control group in our hospital from May 2011 to March 2014, and 86 cases in each group. The control group was treated by drugs, the observation group was treated by microwave on basis of the control group, and the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups, the scabby, scabs, healing time were compared between two groups after treatment for two months. Results After treatment for two months, the total clinical effective rate of observation group was 98.8%, while the control group was 87.2%,there was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）; The scabby, scabs and healing time in observation group was significantly shorter than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Microwave combination with drugs in treatment of cervical erosion has good clinical effect, and it can obviously shorten the treatment time, effectively improve the clinical treatment, be helpful to promote patients recover as soon as possible.
