摘要
本文结合医院多次参加全要素卫勤保障行动中卫生装备的管理与使用经验,指出解决机动卫勤力量遂行保障任务时卫生装备的实用性与适用性不足,提出引进卫生装备配套的建议;重点从制度建设、装备改进、自主创新引入小型装备等方面,探讨卫生装备的保障能力和应用需求。
In this paper,based on the medical equipment management experience in medical service actions which 181 st hospital has participated,measures were proposed to resolve the shortages in medical usability,applicability and supporting construction of the medical equipments in executing the medical service tasks,which included focusing on institutional construction,equipment improvement,innovational introducing minor equipment.At last the support capacity and application requirements of medical equipment were explored.
