摘要
分析和归纳国内外有关头颈癌颈淋巴结清扫术后患者肩功能康复的研究报道,认为颈淋巴结清扫术对头颈癌患者肩功能及生存质量造成负面影响显著而持久,康复训练有助于改善术后肩功能,提高生存质量。将来的努力方向是综合医疗、护理、康复三方的力量合作,谨慎地开展高质量的实验性研究,探索早期预防性肩功能康复锻炼的可行性及有效性。
Ig A nephropathy is the most common primary glomerulonephritis. Currently,Western medicine research involves molecular,immunological mechanisms,genetic and expression and other factors,but the exact pathogenesis has not been elucidated. In recent years,there is great progress mainly in glycosylation lack,molecular gene,etc. Chinese medicine research has focused on syndrome differentiation,post-party experience and so on,which made some achievements in syndromes and renal microscopic pathology relations,but not yet fully unified.
