摘要
目的分析经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的围手术期护理的临床效果。方法随机选取2012年4月至2014年4月在我院经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的86例患者作为研究对象,将其平均分成对照组和观察组,对照组(n=43)患者围手术期予以常规护理干预,观察组(n=43)患者围手术期予以优质护理干预,分析经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的围手术期护理的临床效果。结果对照组患者的膀胱冲洗时间和住院时间均显著高于观察组患者,观察组患者并发症的发生率(6.98%)小于对照组患者(25.58%),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的围手术期予以优质护理干预能缩短患者的膀胱冲洗时间和住院时间,减少并发症的发生率,效果显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To analysis the urethra prostate electricity cut method in the treatment of prostate hyperplasia to the clinical effect of perioperative care. Methods Randomly selected in our hospital by the urethra prostate electricity cut method in the treatment of prostate hyperplasia 86 patients as the research object, analyzing the urethra prostate electricity cut method in the treatment of prostate hyperplasia to the clinical effect of perioperative care. Results The control group of patients with bladder irrigation time and hospital stay were significantly higher than the observation group of patients,observation group of patients the incidence of complications（6.98%） is less than the control group （25.58%） patients, the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The urethra prostate electricity cut method in the treatment of prostate hyperplasia perioperative to high quality nursing intervention can reduce patients with bladder irrigation time and length of hospital stay, reduce the incidence of complications, the effect is remarkable, is worthy of popularization and application.
