早期介入认知训练改善脑外伤后抑郁的观察

摘要 目的观察早期介入认知训练能否改善脑外伤后抑郁状态。方法回顾性分析了具有抑郁状态的脑外伤患者46例,随机分为2组,对照组给以常规康复训练方法,治疗组加用认知训练,治疗4周后,观察疗效。结果治疗组的HDRS评分较训练前显著降低(P<0.01);较对照组下降明显(P<0.05),均有统计学意义。结论早期介入认知训练能否改善脑外伤后抑郁。 Objective To observe the early intervention cognitive training can improve depression after traumatic brain injury. Methods Retrospective analysis of 46 patients with brain injury,a state of depression were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group given conventional rehabilitation training method,the treatment group used cognitive training,4 weeks after treatment,observation curative effect. Results Before the HDRS rating of treatment group is significantly lower(P〈0.01);the control group decreased significantly(P〈0.05),al have statistical significance. Conclusion Early intervention of cognitive training can improve depression after traumatic brain injury.
