摘要
针对航空类铝合金H型锻件成形过程出现的穿流、变形不均匀等缺陷,以Deform软件为平台,研究不同筋部高宽比预制坯对铝合金H型锻件成形过程中金属流线及晶粒尺寸的影响。研究结果表明,预制坯高宽比越小,锻件出现穿流缺陷越严重;预制坯高宽比越大,锻件出现穿流的几率越小,但锻件截面晶粒尺寸分布越不均匀。
In order to eliminate the defects of flow and uneven deformation in forming an aeronautic H-section aluminum alloy forging, the effect of preformed blank with different rib depth-width ratio on the metal flowline and grain size in the product forming process was researched based on the Deform software platform. The research results show that,the smaller the depth-width ratio of preformed blank is, the more serious the flow is in the forging; the greater the depth-width ratio is, the smaller the probability of the flow is,but the more nonuniform the grain size distribution of the forging section is.
