摘要 教学主张是名师教学的内核和品牌,是名师区别于其他教师的重要特征。教学主张是名师的教学思想、教学信念,也是名师的"个人理论",同时也是教育精神和学科文化的一种体现。教学主张的研究主要包括理论研究和实践研究两个方面。其中,教学主张理论研究的基本内容包括:概念和内涵界定、理论基础和依据阐述、具体观点和内容展开。教学主张的实践研究内容包括:教学主张的教材化研究,教学主张的教学化研究,教学主张的人格化研究。 Teaching advocates are the core and brand of outstanding teachers, and they are also the vital features of outstanding teachers different from others. Teaching advocates are not only the teaching thoughts and ideas of outstanding teachers, but also their personal theories; meanwhile, they are the embodiment of educational spirit and subject culture. The research on teaching advocates includes the theoretical and practical research. The core contents of theoretical research contain the definition of concept and connotation, contents. The practical research on teaching advocates research, and the personalized research. theoretical foundation and elaboration, and concrete ideas and includes the textbookized research, the teaching-oriented
