摘要
目的探讨双心护理在冠心病合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取冠心病合并糖尿病的患者160例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予双心护理,比较干预4周后2组负性心理、病情管理能力以及出院1年后患者生活质量。结果护理干预后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组;药物使用、情绪管理、症状管理、用药依从性等病情管理能力高于对照组;健康感觉、躯体感觉、睡眠状态等生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论双心护理有利于改善冠心病合并糖尿病患者的不良情绪,提高患者病情管理的能力和生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of double-center nursing in treatment of coronary heart disease（ CHD） patients with diabetes mellitus（ DM）. Methods A total of 160 CHD patients with DM were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with conventional nursing,while the observation group was treated with doublecenter nursing on the basis of the control group. Negative psychology and disease management ability 4weeks after intervention as well as quality of life（ QOL） one year after hospital discharge were compared between two groups. Results After nursing intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the drug administration, emotional management, symptom management as well as healthy sensation,body sensation and sleep status were better than the control group（ P〈 0. 05,P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion Double-center nursing is beneficial for improvement of the negative emotions and promotion of the disease management ability and QOL of CHD patients with DM.
